Easy Cake Mix Cookies
1 boxed cake mix (I used Devil's Food)
1/2 cup {1 stick} unsalted butter at room temp
2 eggs
1 1/2 to 2 tbsp. flour
1-2 tsp. vanilla or other flavoring (optional)
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until incorporated...it's that easy! Scoop dough onto parchment lined baking pans and bake 10-12 minutes. I used a silpat..just because! Well, it was a knock off silpat I got for my bridal shower..I hope to have a real silpat one day! Let cool on the sheet, and enjoy!
The before..up above, I decided to roll my cookies in tiny heart sprinkles!
The after! See how pretty they are?
I love the cute little sprinkles..they are perfect!
Yum! I love these plates too, I know they don't match but they're from Grandma :)
